Our introductory session is a complimentary one-on-one training session during which you’ll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. It is by appointment only and is a prerequisite for taking a class. Its purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. After your intro, you can choose one of several membership options that give you access to our group fitness program and classes.
CrossFit Scottsdale is different than a traditional gym, let us show you how. We host free monthly classes for those interested in learning more about the CrossFit method in a group setting. Our free group classes take place on the last Saturday of the month at 11am. Email us to let us know to expect you. Regardless of your current fitness ability and understanding, expect to learn. Expect to have a challenging, but short work out that might give you a little reality check on your fitness level. Expect to see a lot of smiling faces who will likely approach you and ask your name, they are welcoming you into our community. Make sure to bring water and wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes.
