October is Strength Month at CrossFit Scottsdale Kids! Strength is one of 10 areas of physical fitness that we focus on at CrossFit Scottsdale and each class for the month will have a strength component. Being strong not only means being able to lift more but also that it takes longer for your muscles to get sore and tired. So this month get ready to be able to do more and be more as we get our CrossFit Scottsdale Kids STRONG!

Warm Up:
15 squats
15 sit-up
15 push-ups
15 burpees
2 rounds

Skill: Rope-Climbs/Holds

WOD: “Annie With a Rope”
50-40-30-20-10
Single Jump Ropes
Sit-ups
With one rope climb or hold between each round.

Game: Four Square
