Free Memorial Day Hero Workout

Please join us at CrossFit Scottsdale to honor the great heroes of this country, both past and present, by participating in a FREE Memorial Day Hero workout. Classes on Memorial Day will be held at 8am, 12pm, and 5pm only. Teens are welcome to participate in any of these classes. Open to all levels.
Level 2 Test "Orange Band"

Who has their Level I band and is ready to test their limits to the next level? Come out on Thursday, May 30th at 7pm and test your skills at the Level II Test! Testing allows us to set a goal and strive for it. We find that focusing on a goal and the steps required to reach it is far more effective then working out aimlessly. This test is for students who have earned their Level 1 White Band and are ready to test for the Level II Orange Band. For information on the Level II Test, check out your success journal and start preparing yourself. If you have your Orange Band or you are not quite ready, come to CrossFit Scottsdale anyway and cheer on your fellow CrossFitters!
CrossFit Scottsdale Kids Summer Camp!

As the temperature warms up here in the Valley, it’s hard not to recognize the signs that summer break is just around the corner and the kids will be out of school. As we all know, it only takes a week or two before the kids are bored and you’ve run out of options! Well, CrossFit Scottsdale has the solution for you! Our 2013 Lil’ Beasts Summer and Health and Fitness Camps! CrossFit Scottsdale Kids empowers children and young adults to develop body control, teach basic nutrition concepts and form a foundation for healthy habits both physically and mentally. Camps include fun workouts, learning exercise skills, nutrition education, healthy cooking, active games, water fun sports, goal setting and other health and fitness activities. This summer we are hosting 2 sessions.

Summer Session 1: June 3rd – 7th
Health and Fitness Session 2: July 8th – 12th

Each session is $189 and is held Monday through Friday, 9am-12pm and is ages 5-12. Space is limited. Register online by clicking on the sessions above, or call us at 480.922.3253. Glimmer of Hope – 10% of proceeds benefit Desert Canyon’s Elementary School’s Family in Need.
Mighty Mud Mania!!

Mighty Mud Mania is the city of Scottsdale’s signature summer event! Mighty Mud has been a valley favorite event for 37 years, offering mud obstacle courses for community members of ALL ages!! This year, CrossFit Scottsdale is a sponsor of this fun and muddy event!! This year, CrossFit Scottsdale will be there to help guide the kids through there muddy course, so we are not only looking for you to come out and have some fun, but to also volunteer to help the kiddos through!!
